From Charolette Russe and the quality is better than some of my other brand name dresses. It is fully lined and has a little weight to it but still flows enough to wear in spring.
Has an elastic waist that is flattering and a tie off at neck that is adjustable.
Size 3x but could wear as a 2x easily. Hits at or below knee.
Can wear on or off shoulder as well!
