Palazzo pants black pleated accordion style

100% polyester size XL accordian palazzo pants, looks like a skirt when wearing these. Elastic waist band. Lined inside to about the knee. Inseam is 20” Waist 11-23” Rise 15” These are more of a loose fitting saggy crotch area, not meant to be pulled up high. I’m 5’5” and with these sitting at my waist they hit just above my ankles.
