Pale Pink Topshop Skirt

Lovely high waisted Topshop skirt. 17 inches from waist to the bottom (it's a "tall"). Thick dressy polyester fabric. Functional pocket. Frayed cut style around hem and pocket. Small stain on back, pictured. May come off in wash with treatment.
