Pale blue irregular glass bead choker necklace or bracelet

Sea glass-type beads hand-strung with micro iridescent beads between each one with a small silver toggle clasp. About 15 1/2” so could be used as a short, almost choker necklace or doubled up as a bracelet. Would pair well with other pieces for layered necklace look or multiple bracelets.
