Pale yellow Valentino pencil skirt NWT!

Size 4 (see measurements; this runs small!). This is an absolutely stunning Valentino pencil skirt in a very classy pale yellow color with buttons and a side ruffle detail. Zips up the back. This is absolutely stunning, just not a great color for me but such a lovely pastel! Photos don’t do it justice. NEW with tags still attached!!! No stretch. Outer 100% silk, lining polyester.
