Palm Frond Rope Tie Rough Hewn Hem Halter Dress

Halter style mini dress. Asymmetrical hemline is finished with an unfinished trim. Rope halter ties with large beads. Can’t read fabric tag but feels like linen and cotton. Shorter side is 20” from under the arm and the longer side is 23”. Size is Asian L but would not fit a US large. Fits like a small. Mannequin is a 2-4 and fits well. Could probably fit up to 6-8.
