Palm leaf maxi skirt or beach cover up

This stunning skirt was originally a tie around beach cover up but i had it permanently stitched and wore it to a rehearsal dinner. I’ve worn it for both scenarios now! It’s super chic, the fabric is silky and high quality. I’m a size small but the tag is M/L. Since i stitched it, i would say this fits S/M.
