@sharonknox587 Hi! sorry, but I don't know the answer. Depending on the brand I wear shoes starting from 9.5 ( Vince) and up to 12 (Pedro Garcia or Lofina) so I simply don't know what qualifies as "true" 11. If you give me an example of a particular brand I might be able to give you a betteranswer.
