The lace bodice is lightly beaded with pearls and rhinestones for a subtle shimmer, finished with lace scallop along the deep V-neckline on front and back. It was only worn for the one wedding day and did not acquire any noticeable stains or tears. Since the wedding day the dress has been professionally cleaned and preserved in a keepsake box. An extra foot of length was added when ordered to get a longer train and the shoulder straps were altered to be slightly thinner. The ribbon at the waist was switched out for a delicate rhinestone belt.
