@binphilly They were a little tight on me, but I am usually a size 9. They're probably still a little big for you as a size 38...maybe ok with thick socks!

@fcispeak32 unfortunately I think they'll be too small for you. I'm measuring exactly 27cm on the outside of the sole, so they would fit a 26cm foot better...
