Pando Grove brown polka dot dress with ruffles

Beautiful brow and polka dot dress. Has ruffles at sleeves and hem. Tie belt (hard to see how in back). Size small. I am currently a 6 and it fits me well. I bought this for a photo shoot and have never grabbed for it again. Pairs great with a jean jacket and ballet flats or boots. No holes, stains or rips. Waist to hem: 34” Across bust: 19” Shoulder to hem: 49”
