agroves02 @esharp41 not necessarily! Send an email to posh if you bought it on here and explain what happened. Tell them if they don’t refund you that you will open a dispute with your bank because the item was counterfeit and it was sold on their platform

angelamarie14xo @esharp41 good luck! It might take a month or so but you will get your money back! I went through my credit card company and provided pics of the fake and even videos verses what a real one should look like. My credit card company said the seller would have to provide concrete proof of it being real, and that’s simply not possible since it’s fake. It took a month or so but I won the claim & my bank credited the money back to my card

I’ve never had any trouble but I usually have to return the items but I know I’ve seen people say they always keep to keep them and get their money back. My background is legal so maybe it’s the way I write and what I threaten? LOL now mer cari is the WORST. Don’t use that app I am working with the BBB over fakes on there

angelamarie14xo @agroves02 I provided AMPLE PROOF and offer to send it back for a refund, even gave them insight about the materials used to create the glow (my husband is a chemist) and explained why the fake glow different. I made threats as well. Posh sided with the seller because the seller Fought back. she had one other sale that Poshmark authenticated months prior, I’m assuming that helped. Also because Poshmark makes 20% off of every sale so it’s in their best interest not to refund.

Just because one sale she made months prior was authenticated shouldn’t mean that every single item she sells afterwards is real... but I guess to Poshmark it is. Also I’ve never had issue returning things on mer cari.

I don’t think the sellers have ever fought back with me I think that’s the difference and there’s been like at least 10 instances. I guess I got lucky. On merc the seller didn’t argue and merc disputed my chargeback. Wild.

angelamarie14xo @agroves02 in my case, the seller tried to say that the reason my fake one was barely glowing is because the glow fades over time. But that’s simply not true. My husband said that the real ones use a phosphorous called strontium alumni are to create the glow... this phosphorous should not fade within a couple months or even years... it should last 100+ years. The fakes use zinc sulphide which fade quickly. Real Princess Muranos should glow strong and bright for a long time.

angelamarie14xo @agroves02 I had a real rapunzel, Belle, anna, elsa and Jasmine murano since 2015 when they came out, and all of those glow super bright. I was trying to buy the others to complete my collection and kept getting fake Snow Whites that either glowed green or glowed the right color blue but not as intensely. And my husband said it’s because they use a different and cheaper substance. So the seller’s argument that they fade over time is not valid

Maybe she didnt intentionally sell me a fake, but bottom line it is fake. She STILL continued to say it was real and that I didn’t know what I was talking about/don’t know anything about Pandora. Not only did she say the glow fades, but she also said they changed the way the Disney Muranos are made...

angelamarie14xo @agroves02 ...yet they haven’t sold the Disney Muranos in stores for YEARS. Sure some stores had some of the elsa and Anna’s left over, but I haven’t seen the other Princess Muranos in stores since 2017/2018 at the latest. I got the majority of mine in 2015 when they were released. So they didn’t “change the way they were made recently” because they haven’t been in production for many many years

She admitted she bought the charm she sent me on Poshmark herself... so maybe she didn’t know how to tell the differences between real and fake herself. But how can you claim it’s 100% real if you acknowledge that you bought it online... You can only make that claim if it’s 100% if you got it from Pandora or an authorized retailer. I could never do that to someone especially after I know how much it sucked to have it happen to me. And then some people are just stupid. Omg it is a dead give away that someone is selling fakes if they think one was made recently or they are “getting more in” I wish buyers cared enough to educate themselves. She purchased one of her sets from vivibabejewels on here who sells fakes that look super real and have perfect stamps but are not real and do not glow on the dark properly. Snow was from that seller. I honestly don’t know on the ones you purchased because of the stamping looking good on the fakes. I would like to see really good up close photos of the glitter and how they glow in the dark

rutledgana I have a case in review after being sold a fake princess murano. The seller is no claiming that it's not a fake and I'm just going to replace her real bead with a fake and send that to her so I can keep the real one...what can I do about this? Any suggestions?

agroves02 @rutledgana hi there! I feel like there’s a good chance posh will at minimum refund you and pay the seller (unfortunately) but I doubt they will deny your case. I always take a video of myself opening charms to prove I got what I got. If your claim is denied, I would open a case with your bank or credit issuer if you paid with card or another platform. I think I'm just going to give up on looking for the princess muranos though. There are just too many fakes. It may not have been the sellers fault even. who knows. maybe she was told it was authentic. It's just really frustrating

But not sure if anyone has experience with the seller. She seems very nice though and a lot of good reviews.

I was honestly a little taken back as I thought they would be legit because I just went to Disney World and saw the murano charms and the princess dresses there in Magic Kingdom. But I already spent a lot at the parks and decided to go for sorcerer Mickey instead. rutledgana @agroves02 Thank you. I have an authentic as well and created some comparison pictures. the girls said they were a gift so I don't think she knows that they are fake. Once I noticed they don't glow I saw they A in Pandora wasn't quite right. I normally look at the 2 because it's such a dead giveaway. Last week I bought a Belle that had pictures of a genuine one in the listing but they sent a fake. Poshmark is just saturated with them
