I'm just gonn leave this here for anyone who has pandora. if it has been less than a yeT from the day you purchased it, take it back to pandora and they will give you a brand new ring. they have to be able to look you up in their system.

now, if it's been over a year.. go on the website and write customer service. tell them what the issue is and they might ask for a picture. they do not care where it was purchased as long as it's one of theirs they will replace ONE ITEM A YEAR either with the same item or if it is retired a like item. your welcome!!

@shanaandy3944 some pandora stores require a receipt but if you remember giving them your info at check out like name, phone number address etc they can look you up in the system and your past purchases. if not try writing customer service online.
