These boots have a platform heel with a leather-like panel on the feet and sock-like fabric from the ankle to the top of the knee. Stretchy and comfortable but not meant for women with shorter legs and big thighs. Never Worn. Flaws: None. There are stains on the outside of the bag but none on the actual shoes itself.
