Paneled Thistle Bryce Higbee Early American Pattern Glass Clear Scottish Thistle buds & stems alternate with clear vertial prisms. Beautiful floral pattern, also known as 'Canadian Thistle' or 'Paneled Thistle' was made from 1900 through 1915 and depicts alternating panels of budding and blooming thistles. Bowl shaped holder has a beautifully textured handle and smooth center candle well. Could also be used as a candy dish or sugar bowl, etc. Top rim has a delicate notched scalloped edge.
