Beautiful pair of black vintage Panhandle Slim boots. The tag says handcrafted in Mexico. Inside the boot it reads 6B, 82698 W4 -3206 T7.
They are in nice vintage condition. Please note, that, since they are vintage, there are some normal scrapes and scuffs.

@kathy_felix I stuffed the leg and then measured the outside of the boot with a tape measure. It’s about 12 1/2 inches. Kinda hard to measure but that’s a good gauge. They do seem more narrow to me.
