Pankaj & Nidha Anthropologie Picture Frame fit and flare dress

NWT Beautiful satiny printed dress, fully lined. Zipper has a slight defect at the waist seam (bought this way from the store, they gave me a 15% discount as it still works). As you can see from photos, it is fully functional. It's just a little fussy. Fitted, recommend for someone on the smaller side of a size 4, or even size 2.
