Panoply Brand Red Tulle Mermaid Flare Prom Formal Dress Size 4

A beautiful red tulle and rhinestone beaded prom or formal mermaid style flare dress from Panoply brand, size 4. Some spots with missing or loose rhinestones or beads, shown as much as I can in the pictures, could pretty easily be replaced or secured with new ones and not really noticeable from a distance! A bit of discoloration/staining on the inner hem from wear, but otherwise in wonderful condition! Could use a fresh dry clean. Selling at other boutiques for over $400, so make me an offer!
