mosigeex3 @hereatwmac - Hi - Size M doesn't tell anyone a lot!! The front rise measures 16" from the top of the elasticized waistband to the middle end; the waist measure across is 14.5" but it stretches out to approx. 20". These pants are roomy by design. I wouldn't sell them except that I lost 25 lbs. - to take the pressure off of my elderly 71-year-old KNEES! And alterations are much too costly nowadays.
