Paola Quadretti ruched gray sleeveless silk top Italian designer

Paola Quadretti ruched front, gray sleeveless top with hidden back zipper 100% silk (has a lot of stretch to it) Size tag is missing but estimated to be a small - measures approximately 16” across laying flat at chest (stretches to about 18”) and 19” long. Excellent condition from my smoke free home.
