Paolino romper?

Black and white checkered. Very flowy. The under ion section is stretchy. At the bottom there are holes. The label is faded so I believe it says small but not 100% sure. If more measurements are needed please ask. Neck line to bottom is 38 inches. Fabric is sheer so you’d need a layer under. I guess this would be a romper.
