Papaya Navy One Shoulder Dress w/ Belt

Navy blue one-shoulder dress from Papaya. Has an attached leather “belt” which allows you to dress this dress up or down. Super soft material with a bit of stretch. The belt is bent a bit from being folded, but lays flat when worn. Size small, see photos for measurements.
