This Papaya pleated front skirt with hidden shorts will be perfect to wear dressed up or down! The skirt is a size small with measurements of about 12” in the waist lying flat and about 16” in the length. It has a back zip and the black fabric is made of 60% cotton, 35% nylon and 5% spandex. The skirt is in good condition.
