Papaya White & Navy Fringe & Tassel Tie Shirt Sz L

Papaya white and navy shirt with fringe along arms down to hem. Tassel tie at waist. There is one spot on the neck line where the seam has come loose (see photos) I have used fabric tape to keep it hidden and had no problems with it being seen. Size L.
