Papaya high low tie waist black floral long sleeve dress

Measurements are in the photos! Has a black lining on the lower portion of the body (as shown in photos) & also the top front portion as well. The sleeves are sheer/slightly see through as well as the upper back portion. There are 2 buttons missing (see photo) on the right side sleeve. There is a belt that comes with it so the fit at the waist can be adjusted. The waist area does have elastic around it so that section is slightly stretchy. Hits slightly at the top of the knee then drops out for that high low effect.
