Papaya strapless dress

Multicolored/patterned Papaya women’s strapless dress. Super cute and comfortable. Lined with a navy blue- top layer is multicolored and patterned. One of the belt loops came unstitched at the top (see 3rd pic). I never wrote it with a belt so was no issue for me. Overall EUC- just too big on me now.
