Papell Boutique Vintage Dress 1980's

I think this is a vintage 1980's dress, Adrianna Papell, Papell Boutique. The pattern is amazing and extremely colorful! There is no fabric or care tag, but I think it's polyester. There are belt loops on the side, but no belt included. Excellent vintage condition!
