Papell Studio L silk embroidered skirt

Papell Studio skirt. Brown. Silk. Lovely floral embroidery. Waist 31 inches and 18 inches long. It does have an elastic back which will allow more space if needed. It is not a wrap skirt it just looks like it is because of the way the ruffle falls. This skirt is somewhat iridescent leaning from brown to green. T81
