This is a classic blue chambray button-up long sleeve dress by Paper Crane. There is a strap and button if you want to roll the sleeves up. There are buttons up the side too. Approximately 21.5” armpit to armpit, 42.5” long, and 20” long sleeve (from armpit). no swaps!
