Paper Crown loose dress from Anthropologie

This is a gently worn dress with fluted sleeves. The chest can be a little tight and probably not for those who are busty. There is the most minor pull in the front that I tried to capture in photograph. Hardly noticeable and hardly worth mentioning because of the busy pattern but wanted you to know. Sleeves are see thru but rest of the dress has a lining. Very flouncy and fun to wear!
