Paper Tee stunning woven jacket M-L

This very interesting jacket looks like a woven piece. It is a boucle tweed with studs on the shoulders and on the decorative waist pieces. Looks great with pants, skirts over a black or red dress. Lined. Cotton/poly blend. In good used condition. Meant to be worn open. Fun fringe around all edges.
