Small: waist= 14 inches, hip(or the widest part of the skirt)= 19 inches, length= 31.25 inches Medium: waist= 15 inches, hip(or the widest part of the skirt)= 20.5 inches, length =32 inches I also have a “Size Chart” listing for further information. The model in the pics is 5ft9in and weighs 165lbs wearing a medium.
