Papillion Flowy, vintage-style navy Polka-dot Dress - medium

This is one of the MOST flattering dresses. It's super light, very soft and comfy, as well. It has a bit of a deep V and some cute buttons in front, with a tie waist in the back. Great for casual outings, but I also wore it to a a casual wedding. Navy and white (could be disguised as black) Size Medium. Smoke-free home.
