Size Small/Medium 100% Cotton Flowy Circle Skirt Very full Side Zipper with button closure Elastic waistband Tag states medium, however I think it fits a bit small. Please see pictures for measurements. Even though there is elastic in waistband I don’t think it’s super stretchy. Two small holes in fabric in waistband area. Doesn’t effect how skirt fits and is not visible on outside. Please see last picture. B11
