Beautiful wool dress from Papo D'anjo. Handmade by quality seamstresses in Lisbon, Portugal. Lovely plaid in blue tones. Velvet Peter pan style collar. Velvet trim on the puff sleeves. Buttons on the back. White cotton lining. A couple tiny holes as noted in photos. Very minimal and not obvious at first glance. Size 18M. I'd say 2T as well.
