Absolutely pristine condition wool (fully lined with cotton) tartan/plaid dress. Velvet collar and sleeve detail. Size 8. Luxury children’s brand no longer in business unfortunately. Literally, they don’t make clothing like this much anymore. Would be so wonderful for the holidays! I measured from the top of the collar to the bottom of dress and it’s right at 30 inches.
