Parallel cowl neck sweater cream color. Size small long sleeves that tie

Soft cream color cowl neck sweater by Parallel (vintage) small. Long arms that tie at the ends. The sweater can roll up at the bottom for styling. There is a small mark on the back of the sleeve. Please see picture. The sweater has been worn several times but overall it’s in good condition. It is not new.
