He gazes out at the water, idly tossing pieces of bread to the contented ducks. A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN, flustered and in a hurry, taps Denny on the shoulder from behind. Her name is EVELYN. EVELYN (urgently) I beg your pardon, do you have the time? Denny, unruffled, reaches into his TWILL JACKET POCKET by BERSHKA and retrieves a pocket watch. He checks the time. DENNY (looking at his watch) It's a quarter past 2. Evelyn rubs her head, her anxiety evident. DENNY (concerned) Are you alright? EVELYN (with a sense of urgency) We haven't much time, Denny. She swiftly hands him a small, mysterious METAL ARTIFACT, then rushes off, disappearing into the distance. Denny holds the artifact in his hand, his eyes widening in surprise.
