Made in France and bought in Paris. This is statement of European fashion. Orange short sleeve dress with white poka dots. A giant bow is at hip line with elastic band so you can wear the bow higher or lower. It is European size 1 which is equivalent to US size 2. However, the waist line is elastic and the body is oversized so it actually fits up to size 6. Worn once. Like new.
