This is a VERY gently used open tote with French landmark wording. Very cute and holds a ton! Two inside slip pockets, one inside zipper Pocket, and attached key ring. Measures 5"D x 11"H x 17.5"W, with 8" drop from top of straps to top of tote. All sales come from a smoke-free home!!

I see there are 8 inches from strap to top of tote. Would you say you could put this over your shoulder?
