Brand new puff sleeve off shoulder top NWT. It’s a size medium unfortunately it did not fit me and I could not return since it was a pre order. Im a size 34C and it would not close so I would say it would fit better on a smaller chest. It is lined like a corset and slightly perfect for a night out!
