Parisian Collection Multicolored Floral Open Top

This beautiful top has an open front, a multicolored floral design against a navy blue background. It’s sheer, lightweight, with wide side openings, & a curved hem. The tassels were tangled, so they were removed. The belt is missing. The size tag is 12 (large).
