Parisian blue floral high-low dress

blue dress with blue and pink florals. off shoulder with high low cut. (I'm 5'2" and it hits and ankles in the back, just below the knee in front). per picture you can see there is a liner so you cannot see thru it. elastic bodice. US size 6, I typically wear size small dresses and it fits. new with tags!
