This dress is fire! This Parker Black gown is NWT. Retails $450. Fully lined under a sheer velvety burnout floral pattern; sheer sleeves. Cold shoulder style, the gown fastens at the nape of the neck and features a small front keyhole on the bodice and dramatic open back. Hidden zipper in back, and a wonderful long slit on the front up the middle of the skirt. Velvet trim at waist, neck and around the front keyhole cutout. Size 4.
