Parker Black/Patterned Dress - Size XS (NWT)

Parker dress in “Woodlands” pattern, size XS, Style P8L5198PEB. New with tags. Polyester-like fabric, with long slightly belled sleeves and sporty elastic band that nips you in just above the waist. Slight ruffle at hem+wrists, only noticeable up close. Color is as pictured. Pull on dress (no zippers, but small hook + eye closure @ back of neck. Approx. 29 inches from shoulder to hem.
