ckorsh @gmmackay hello. Waist band measured laying down flat is 11inch. but stretches to 14inch. Hips at their widest when laying flat are 19inch (keep in mind that 19 inches would be the maximum length hip to hip, my hips are about 14 inches and the picture attached is how dress looks on me. Armpit to armpit roughly 15.5 inches. Top of the dress, not including straps is 26.5 inches. Please look at last picture for reference of me in the dress. I’m a true size XS and am 5 foot 3 without heels.
