Parker cold shoulder blouse. Flowy silk fabric with shades of blue and whitish with some black. Beautiful floral print. Fun to wear with blue jeans. Ruffle on neck area with tie. Ruffle coming down the cold shoulders. Long sleeves with two fabric buttons on each sleeve. Approximately 20 1/2 inches from side seam to side seam laying flat. Excellent condition. Only wore two times. Size XS.
