Parker Maxi Dress

Abstract print keyhole Maxi Dress by Parker with a gathered waist and front slit. Ties at neck. Never worn, new with tags. I had this dress shortened (I'm 5'2"), but is still a bit too long for me and hits the ground with 5" platforms on. Model images in another print shown for fit.
