Parker Maxi Dress

Purple with black floral print maxi dress. The dress has a cute little ruffle detail on the front, diagonal down the bust, with a tie on the side. Ruffle continues down front of dress, giving it a wrap dress effect (though it's sewn together and not a true wrap dress). The bottom is shorter on one side and longer on the other. Zips up in the back. Never worn, tags are still attached.
