Parker Mini Dress

Pink and red floral, smocked elastic waist. Hook and eye at neck. How can I at neck can be worn open for a nice V-neck or closed OR reversed and hook at back of neck. 39” long from should to hem. 16” across underarms. Fully lined. The label at neck is missing. This tells me I probably removed it because it was scratchy. This is a size medium. You can see that it is a Parker by looking at the care label at the bottom. Excellent condition, worn only a few times. Super cute for summer!!
